What states do you ship to?

We ship to all 50 states. All products are hemp-derived and federally compliant under the 2018 Farm Bill. Just make sure to use a valid shipping address at checkout.

What are your shipping fees?

Good news! Spend over $125 (after discounts and coupons) and enjoy free shipping on your THCA and CBD favorites! Orders under $125 ship for a $15.00 flat rate. Simple, transparent, and fair—just the way we like it!

How long does shipping take?

Countdown to excitement! Orders typically arrive within 1–4 business days after shipping. While most deliveries are quick, occasional delays due to weather or logistics may occur. If you’re in a remote area, please allow a few extra days for your package to reach you.

How do I track my order?

Why doesn’t my tracking number work? Don’t worry! USPS sometimes takes 1–2 business days to update their system. Double-check that you entered the tracking number correctly, and if it still doesn’t show up, contact us—we’ll help you track it down!

My package says delivered, but I haven’t received it—what now?

Delivery déjà vu? If your tracking shows “Delivered” but there’s no package yet, don’t panic! Sometimes USPS scans a parcel a little early. Please wait up to 2 business days after the delivery notice—packages often arrive shortly after.

If your order still hasn’t arrived after that time, contact our support team here, and we’ll help resolve the issue right away.

What if my order arrives damaged?

How does your points and rewards program work?

For every $1 you spend on THCA or CBD products, you’ll earn 1 reward point. Every 20 points = $1 in savings, which you can apply toward any future order.

You can redeem your points right from the cart or checkout page. Please note, reward points aren’t earned on shipping costs.
